By accessing and using Mazad, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

All bids are binding. Once you place a bid, you are committing to purchase the item at that price if you win. Sellers must accurately describe items and honor winning bids.

You may not list illegal items, stolen goods, weapons, or any items prohibited by local law. Mazad reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

All transactions on Mazad are conducted in US Dollars (USD) and settled in cash between buyer and seller. Mazad does not charge transaction fees at this time.

Mazad provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not responsible for the quality of items, the conduct of users, or any disputes arising from transactions.
